Information Area

The information area contains information for the currently selected item in the Item Grid. All of the values displayed in the information area are read-only and cannot be edited. This section will provide an overview for each of the data values displayed in the information area.
This field displays the brand name of the selected item, as defined in the inventory file.
This field displays the pack size of the selected item, as defined in the inventory file.
This field displays the item's current on hand quantity, as defined in the inventory file.
•The value 0.00 will be displayed for items that have a unit of measure set to LB..
This field displays the item's current on hand weight, as defined in the inventory file.
This field displays the number of units that have been allocated for the selected item.
•Allocations may be viewed by clicking the Show Allocations button.
•Allocations may be recalculated by clicking the Calculate Allocations button.
•The value 0.0000 will be displayed for items that have a unit of measure set to LB..
This field displays the constant weight of the selected item, as defined in the inventory file. If the constant weight has not been defined for the selected item, N/A will be displayed.
This field displays the average weight of the selected item, as defined in the inventory file. If the average weight has not been defined for the selected item, N/A will be displayed.
This field will display the date and the initials of the user that last adjusted the selected item in the format: MM/DD/YY by: XX
•No data will be displayed if the item has never been adjusted using the physical adjustments utility.
This field will display the net difference in the on hand quantity for the selected item using the formula: Physical Quantity - Current Quantity
This field will display the net difference in the on hand weight for the selected item using the formula: Physical Weight - Current Weight
