Select this option if you want to print specific purchase orders using the associated purchase order number.

 

• Enter the purchase order number or numbers to print in the field to the right of the print by field.

 

•Optionally click the search button to invoke the purchase order search screen, if the purchase order number is not known.

•Multiple purchase order numbers can be printed at once by separating each one with a comma.

•A range of purchase order numbers can be printed if they are separated by a dash.
