The entrée system allows for products in a given lot to be optionally held for a specific customer.

 

•Optionally enter the customer number of the customer that the lot should be held for in this field. If the customer number is not known, click the search button to invoke the Customer Search screen. Leaving the hold customer field blank (default) allows any customer to purchase the product contained in the given lot.

 

•The hold customer field is used in conjunction with the hold price and hold date fields.

 

•The Lots on Hold report will detail each of the lots that are considered "on hold" for customers.
