The Automatic Cost/Price Update Options dialog is used to specify how entrée will batch update any items that incurred a cost change on the purchase order.

 

When the system detects the need for the Automatic Cost/Price Update this Invalid Update Options message will display.

 

Click OK and the Automatic Cost/Price Update Options dialog will open.

 

 

This dialog will automatically be displayed if any of the items on the purchase order have incurred a cost change and they choose one of the following options as the Apply cost changes method.

 

 

Cost only - AVERAGE method

Cost only - NEW method

Cost and Price - AVERAGE method

COST and PRICE - NEW method

 

 

Any blue check boxes must be checked to enable the OK button in this dialog.

 

You will now see the progress of the Automatic Cost/Price Update run.
