If this option is selected, entrée will initialize the line item grid under the assumption that none of the items on the purchase order were received.

 

•All received quantities and weights will be initialized to 0.00 when this option is selected.

 

•This option should be used if the user should manually enter the received quantities and weights for every item on the purchase order.

 

If the user selects this option after the Receive in Full option has been selected for the purchase order, entrée will display the following warning "This will set ALL received quantities to ZERO, Are you sure?".

 

•Click the Yes button to continue the default quantities change.

•Click the No button to abort.
