The Security Management utility is where security accounts for the entrée system are maintained.

 

 

 

Last Activity Column

The Security Manager will show the activity of user accounts to show the last recorded activity for each user in this column.

 

The User Activity Log feature tracks all user interactions with the entrée menu system. As users enter or leave a process, such as Invoicing or Customer File Maintenance, the logging system will capture when they entered and when they left. No record is made of what they did, simply that they were using a particular feature of the system.
