If you have signed up for a Google Maps API Key you must update entrée.

 

If you exceed the free daily Google mapping quota and billing is not enabled, the Maps API ceases to function for the rest of the day in entrée.

 

1. Use menu path:  System ribbon menu > System Preferences > System Options tab >click the Additional Features drop down menu > select Mapping Config.

 

2. Click the Configure button.

 

 

3. In the Mapping Configuration dialog there are two options:

 

•API Key: In the text field enter the Google Maps API Key you obtained from Google.

 

•Show map errors: Check the option to turn on Maps Error Reporting. Default is set to "Off".

 

When this option is checked, Maps Error Reporting will display a message for distributors with a Google Maps API key using mapping in Customer File Maintenance, Vendor File Maintenance and Assign Routes.

 

Maps Error Reporting has three message levels: "Information", "Warning" and "Error". The reporting system only triggers the dialog when it receives a message at the "Error" level at which point it displays all of the messages it has captured regardless of severity level.
