The system comment will appear on all invoices to express something that all your customers should see, such as specials or a holiday closing.

 

•Enabling this option, will print the system comment, if defined, on every loading sheet as well as the invoices.

•Since the system comment is typically directed towards the customer instead of the warehouse personnel that is picking the order, most distributors prefer to leave this option disabled.
