By enabling this option only the first or main description line will be printed on the invoices and loading sheets.

 

•Up to 4 lines of description may be defined in Inventory Maintenance for each item.

•Extra lines of description may also be defined on a per customer basis as part of the special price/standard order file. These allow for special remarks to be entered about each item that the customer may purchase.

•If the extra lines of description are used for internal purposes, they may be printed on just the loading sheet by leaving this option disabled in conjunction with enabling System Option 43.
