Enabling this option will instruct the entrée system to scan the future price file for new pricing, that has not yet been posted to the main inventory file while invoicing.

 

•When future prices are defined, they are given an effective date. It is not until the Update Future Prices utility is run that the new pricing is updated to the inventory file. However, with this option enabled, any future prices with an effective date that falls on or before the invoice date will be used while invoicing.
