Enabling this option restricts the ability of the standard order edit mode of the invoicing window so that only the quantity ordered may be entered.

 

•If the option is disabled, the user will be able to edit the shipping weight (for catchweight items) and adjust the unit price of the item.

•If the user does not have the Editing pricing in Inventory File Maintenance miscellaneous password option enabled, the unit price column will be disabled regardless of the setting of this option.

•Enabling this option can increase the speed of data entry personnel.
