If this option is enabled users will be prompted to receive the purchase order immediately after it has been created or changed.

 

•The Question dialog will display "Would you like to receive this P.O.?" after the user selects whether or not the purchase order should be printed. Clicking the Yes button will attempt to open the PO in the Receive by Purchase Order utility.

 

•Should the Receive by Purchase Order utility already be in use by the user the same Question dialog will be displayed. Under these circumstances the PO will have to be received manually at a later time.
