If this option is enabled, users may enter an AP cutoff date, during the GL Closing process, that is greater than the value calculated by entrée.

 

•When creating a payable in AP, the posting date of the entry must be greater than the AP Cutoff Date, in other words, the posting date must not fall within a closed in GL period.

•When GL is closed entrée will default the AP Cutoff Date to the last day of the period being closed.
