Under normal circumstances, items will be loaded into the line item grid in numeric sequence by item number when changing an invoice. Enabling this option will attempt to load the items in the same order as what would appear on the printed loading sheet.

 

Certain features of the Loading Sheet, mainly related to the Temperature Zone sorting and grouping options, are difficult to recreate outside of the printing process, so we cannot guarantee that the edit process and the printed Loading Sheet will match exactly in every instance. However, in the majority of situations the items should be the same order.
