This feature is similar  to the "Override Minimum Sell Price" password option.

The differences in  option 142 are:

•Option 142 applies globally  to entrée because it is a System Option.

•secondly, the override will only be allowed if the price is a Bid Price. Any other price will be processed the same as before.
