When System Option #182 is checked the updating the costs of a Kit's ingredient items will now calculate the dollar amount of any applied “Cost Markup” on the individual ingredient items and add that into the Kit item's calculated Base Cost.

 

When this option is checked the "Land Cost" and "Ext. Landed" columns in the ingredient edit grid on the “Kits” tab of Inventory File Maintenance and the "Landed Cost" total below the grid are changed to "Base Cost", "Ext. Base" and "Base Cost" respectively.

 

The values displayed for these fields are changed appropriately. By default this option is "Off" or unchecked.
