1.Select the tab containing the preferences to change.

 

2.Modify the desired options.

 

3.Click the OK button to apply the changes to the entrée system.

 

•Clicking the Cancel button will close the window without changing any of the system preferences.

 

•Changing one or more of the settings on the Data Files tab will result in the entrée application needing to be restarted before any other changes are made in the system preferences utility.

 

•Changing the AP or GL Link Company values on the General tab will result in the entrée application needing to be restarted before any other changes are made in the system preferences utility.

 

NECS strongly recommends all users are out of the entrée system, when this utility is run. This will ensure the data integrity is not compromised by another user, accessing one or more of the data files while the operation is being performed.
