The makeup percentage field is used to define how much of a markup will be placed on an item when sold at the selected level price.

 

•Enter the percentage value that should be used in the selected Formula when calculating the initial level price.

 

•Adding and/or editing percentages here will only affect new items added to the inventory file. The level pricing of existing items will not be changed.

 

•Global changes to existing item's markup percentage value must be performed using the Modify Level Pricing utility.

 

•If a Dollar Amount over Cost level price is desired, it must be setup on a per item basis in Inventory Maintenance.
