You do not necessarily have to assign any of your customers to a specific Credit Manager. If you wish to do so there are two other  ways to accomplish it.

1. Assign Salesperson to Credit Manager

The first is simply by assigning a Salesperson to a Credit Manager. Using this new option in Salesperson Maintenance which makes it so that all customers assigned to this salesperson will also be automatically assigned to this person as their Credit Manager.

Use menu path: File > Salesperson/Broker Maint. > select a Salesperson > use the drop down list to select a Customer Credit Manager > click Apply > click OK.

2. Assign Customer to Credit Manager

The second way to assign a customer to a Credit Manager is to directly assign the customer. You may also use this method to override a salesperson setting allowing you to set most of their customers to Credit Manager "A" by making the assignment in Salesperson Maintenance and then override it for specific customers by making a direct assignment in Customer File Maintenance using the new option found on the "Miscellaneous 2" tab.

Use menu path: File > Customer Maintenance > search for the desired customer > click the Miscellaneous 2 tab > use the drop down list to select a Credit Manager > click Apply > click OK.

After making the assignment in Salesperson Maintenance. Use menu path: Invoicing > Invoices > Credit Hold Queue Maintenance to go back to the Queue Maintenance utility.

Hit "Refresh" (or wait for the automatic cycle if it's short enough) and the change is recognized immediately.
