The record control is used to assist in the positioning of the customer file.

•It is located in the lower left hand corner of the customer file maintenance window.

•It displays the total number of customers in the customer file and has a series of 4 buttons.

 

 

A description of each of the buttons in the record control from left to right follows:

 

 

First Record

Click the First Record  button to load to the first record in the customer file. This button will be disabled if the first record in the customer file is already loaded.

 

Prior Record

Click the Previous Record button to load the previous record in the customer file. This button will be disabled if the first record in the customer file is already loaded.

 

Next Record

Click the Next Record button to load the next record in the customer file. This button will be disabled if the last record in the customer file is already loaded.

 

Last Record

Click the Last Record button to load the last record in the customer file. This button will be disabled if the last record in the customer file is already loaded.
