The record control is used to assist in the positioning of the comment file.

 

•It is located in the lower left hand corner of the comment file maintenance window.

 

•It displays the total number of records in the comment file and has a series of 4 buttons.

 

First Record

Click the button to load to the first record in the comment file. This button will be disabled if the first record in the comment file is already loaded.

 

Prior Record

Click the button to load the previous record in the comment file. This button will be disabled if the first record in the comment file is already loaded.

 

Next Record

Click the button to load the next record in the comment file. This button will be disabled if the last record in the comment file is already loaded.

 

Last Record

Click the button to load the last record in the comment file. This button will be disabled if the last record in the comment file is already loaded.
