The record control is used to assist in the positioning of the inventory file.

 

•It is located in the lower left hand corner of the inventory file maintenance window.

•It displays the total number of items in the inventory file and has a series of 4 buttons.

 

First Record

Click the button to load to the first record in the inventory file. This button will be disabled if the first record in the inventory file is already loaded.

 

Prior Record

Click the button to load the previous record in the inventory file. This button will be disabled if the first record in the inventory file is already loaded.

 

Next Record

Click the button to load the next record in the inventory file. This button will be disabled if the last record in the inventory file is already loaded.

 

Last Record

Click the button to load the last record in the inventory file. This button will be disabled if the last record in the inventory file is already loaded.
