The entrée lot system provides a means of better tracking inventory movements and costs.

 

•If an item has the Inventory Tab Track by Lot option checked, the Lots Tab will be visible, otherwise the lots tab will not be shown for the item.

 

•The Lots Tab displays pertinent information about each lot that has ever been purchased.

 

•If the Purge Zero Lots option is enabled, when you close the current period some of the lot history will be lost.

 

•Use the scroll bar to go right and see additional lot information.
