This field allows you to select the division or department that will be placing the order.

 

The Divisional Billing option is useful if you sell to a chain of grocery stores or restaurants that require that departments in the chain purchase only product that is authorized for their department.

 

Divisional billing must be enabled for the customer to use this feature in the Miscellaneous tab of Customer File Maintenance.

 

 

 

In Edit Billing Detail click the Division drop down button and choose the appropriate department code from the list box.

 

This feature is not available when working with Sales Orders.
