If entrée system option # 21 is enabled  in System Preferences you will see a prompt asking to convert pieces to cases.

 

Click Yes and each item on the invoice will be reviewed to determine if it is eligible for automatic conversion. Eligible items are converted automatically with no additional prompts.

 

The following conditions must be met in order for an item to be eligible for automatically converting a piece item to a case.

 

•The item must have a unit of measure of PC.. (Item information area of Inventory File Maintenance)

 

•The item must have a Case Item Number defined. (Inventory tab of Inventory File Maintenance)

 

•The item's Pieces per Case value must be greater than 1. (Inventory tab of Inventory File Maintenance)

 

•The item's Piece => Case Breakpoint value must be less than the Quantity Shipped on the invoice. (Misc1 tab of Inventory File Maintenance)

 

•Lot based, Non-Stock, and Non-Inventory items are not eligible for automatic conversion.
