Only for distributors that have purchased and installed the entrée.DOC add-on module to scan and manage documents.

•If you have the entrée.DOC installed the DOC Images button will be available when the invoice edit mode is set to Change Invoice.

•You have the ability to view the scanned images of the currently selected invoice in the Change Invoice detail grid if the image is available in entrée.DOC.

•Click DOC Images to open a menu that will allow you to scan the original copy of the invoice or loading sheet.

•If an image of the invoice or loading sheet has already been scanned, you will instead have the option to view the scanned image of the invoice or loading sheet.
