Another feature of entrée version 3 is the ability to email a customer a copy of an invoice.

 

This option is only available when the invoice edit mode is Change Invoice and the invoice has already been physically printed.

 

When clicked a PDF (Portable Document Format) copy of the invoice will be generated and the Mail Editor window will be opened.

 

By default entrée will automatically insert the bill-to customer's default email address in the To field.

 

 

A copy of the invoice PDF generated was attached to this email received by the customer.
