Click the Lot Info button to access the assign lots window for the currently selected item in the line item grid. This button will be disabled if the currently selected item is not lot based.

 

•The entrée invoicing system requires that all items that are tracked by lot to be assigned a lot number.

•Lot numbers can be assigned automatically by entrée if system option # 106 is enabled.

•This feature is not available when working with Sales Orders.

•If a lot item is being printed on the invoice that does not have a lot-specific Warehouse Location assigned, the invoice document line item will be printed using the Warehouse Location of the item itself.
