This region allows you to filter which invoices are displayed in the invoice grid.

 

Beginning Date

Specify the starting date of the invoices you wish to have displayed in this field. This field will default to the current system date.

 

Ending Date

Specify the ending date of the invoices you wish to have displayed in this field. This field will also default to the current system date.

 

Route

Optionally enter the truck route of the invoices you wish to have displayed in this field. The value for the route filter is blank by default, which instructs entrée to include all invoices regardless of the truck route they are assigned to.

 

Show All Invoices

Select this option if to show all invoices, regardless of their print status.

 

Show Only Unprinted Invoices

Enable this option to only show invoices that have not yet been printed in the invoice grid. This option is enabled by default.
