This section provides a quick reference to using the inventory transfers utility.

 

1.Load the item to transfer, by entering the Item Number in the Transfer From area.

 

2.If the item to transfer is tracked by lot, enter the Lot Number of the lot the product will be transferred from.

 

3.Enter the quantity of product to transfer in the Transfer Qty field.

 

4.If the product is a catchweight item, the weight to transfer will need to be entered in the Transfer Wgt field.

 

5.Enter the Item Number of the product the inventory will be transferred to in the Transfer To area.

 

6.If the product that is being transferred into is tracked by lot, enter the Lot Information for the transfer.

 

7.Enter the quantity to be received into the item in the Receive Qty. field.

 

8.If the product being received into is a catchweight item, the weight to receive will need to be entered in the Receive Wgt field.

 

9.Optionally adjust the Transfer Date.

 

10.Click the OK button to process transfer.

 

•Clicking the Cancel button when an item is already loaded to be transferred will prompt the user to cancel the transfer.

•Clicking the Cancel button when an item is not loaded to be transferred area will close the inventory transfers utility.
