In the top right corner of the item inquiry window is some generalized account information. Each of the fields in the account status area are read-only and cannot be edited from within the item inquiry utility. This section outlines each of the fields displayed in the account status area.
This field displays the date the currently loaded customer last purchased product.
This field displays the date the last payment was applied to this account. This date is maintained by the entrée system whenever payments are applied to the account.
This field displays the total sales dollar amount for all invoices, less any credits, for the current period.
This field displays the total sales dollar amount for all invoices, less any credits, for closed periods in the current fiscal year.
This field displays the price level that is assigned to the currently loaded customer in customer maintenance.
If the customer that is loaded in the customer item inquiry window is placed on manual credit hold a warning is displayed in the account status area.
