Editing a Lot Warehouse Location

1.Enter the lot location number of the location to edit in the Location field and press the Tab key. If the location number is not known, click the search button to open the Lot Warehouse Locations search screen.

 

2.All items stored in the location will now be loaded into the location item grid.

 

3.The only field that you will be able to edit is the reference field. Make any necessary modifications and press the enter key. A window will appear prompting you to save the new reference. Click the Yes button to save your changes or the No button to discard them.

 

Deleting a Lot Warehouse Location

1.Enter the lot location number of the location to delete in the Location field and press the Tab key. If the location number is not known, click the search button to open the Lot Warehouse Locations search screen.

 

2.Verify the correct location to delete is loaded into the Lot Warehouse Locations window.

 

3.Click the Delete button.

 

4.The Confirm message box will display "Delete this record?". Click the Yes button to confirm the deletion or the No button to abort.
