You should verify account balances match the accounting system of the software installed prior to entrée.

 

After previous balances have been entered, A/R balances may be verified using either of two reports.

 

1. The Accounts Receivable report with the previous balance entries.

 

 

2. As an alternative, you can also generate the Sales Invoice Register report.

 

 

If the Invoice Register report is used to verify previous balance entries, be sure to select in the Miscellaneous Options File Selection the Accounts Receivable file instead of the Current Invoice file (default) to generate the report.
