The print columns area is the staging area for the data columns that will be printed on the report. Within the print columns area there are 3 Data Row lists.

A data row is one printed line on the report.

Each data row may contain an unlimited number of data columns.

Data columns will be printed in order from left to right on the report. So the first data column in the data row list box will be printed on the far left of the page and the last data column will be printed on the far right of the page.

On most reports only 1 data row (default) is needed, but if the user needs to print a large number of data columns, spreading the columns out over 2 or 3 rows may make the report easier to read.

Increase or decrease the number of data rows to print by selecting the desired number of rows from the Number of Data Rows control.
