This field is used to select which printer the purchase order should be sent to.

 

•Select a printer from the drop down list by clicking the drop down button.

•All of the printers that have been installed on your network will be displayed.

•The default value of this field is the printer assigned to print purchase orders on the Printers tab of System Preferences.
