1.When you select a report configuration that is locked from the Saved Configurations list the Current Configuration area will show the lock icon.

 

 

2.To unlock this report configuration, so changes can be made, click the Lock button in the Saved Configurations area.

 

3.This will open the Password Required... dialog where you will enter the same password used to lock the configuration and click the OK button.

 

 

4.   Next the Lock Report Configuration dialog will open. To remove the lock use the Backspace key to delete the password then click OK. Now you can edit the report configuration, save and lock it again if you like.
