Each of your salespeople must have a corresponding salesperson number. This number is made up of up to two digits. It actually is "alphanumeric" which means it can be composed of both numbers and letters. If this is your first time defining a salesperson file, it's important to give some thought to your numbering sequence before you start entering salespeople.  

 

NECS encourages you to give your numbers a logical sequence, so that you may identify the salesperson by simply looking at the number. Many entrée customers use the salesperson's initials for their salesperson number.
