The record control is used to assist in the positioning of the salesperson file. It is located in the lower left hand corner of the salesperson file maintenance window.

 

•It displays the total number of records in the salesperson file and has a series of 4 buttons.

 

First Record

Click the button to load to the first record in the salesperson file. This button will be disabled if the first record in the salesperson file is already loaded.

 

Prior Record

Click the button to load the previous record in the salesperson file. This button will be disabled if the first record in the salesperson file is already loaded.

 

Next Record

Click the button to load the next record in the salesperson file. This button will be disabled if the last record in the salesperson file is already loaded.

 

Last Record

Click the button to load the last record in the salesperson file. This button will be disabled if the last record in the salesperson file is already loaded.
