The group membership section of the user properties dialog is used to view/edit the group memberships assigned to the user account.

 

 

Member of

This area will list each group that the user account is a member of.

 

Membership in a group can be removed by selecting the group to remove and pressing the Delete key on the keyboard.

 

Available Groups

This area will list all of the group accounts that the user account is not a member of.

 

To assign a user membership in an available group, first select the desired group and press the Insert key on the keyboard or drag the group name to the Member of area.

 

Group accounts can be moved between the Member of and Available Groups areas by clicking the left mouse button on the desired group and while holding the left mouse button down dragging it to the desired area.
