2. | Defining the holidays allows entrée to automatically calculate the holiday's date which means that little or no ongoing maintenance is required from year to year. |
3. | The entrée system uses holiday information to provide warnings in Invoicing. When attempting to create an invoice with an Invoice Date which falls on a holiday the "Holidays" feature will warn your order entry people and your customers with the Non-Working Day warning message. It will ask "Do you wish to proceed with this Invoice Date anyway?" Clicking yes will allow them to proceed with the invoice. |
