Add the Cutting Instructions feature, entrée Modification #862. (EOP Only)

▪Supports entrée Modification #862 which allows for specifying item cutting instructions.

▪The cutting instructions may be set for an item by tapping on the item description after an item has been added to the order.

▪The cutting instruction will default to the last cutting instruction used for the customer and the Salespeople may manually enter a new instruction or select from a list of instructions predefined for the item in entrée Inventory File Maintenance.

▪This information will be fed into the existing fields to support entrée Modification #862 and will be printed on the Loading Sheet.
