Extend the implementation of Modification #656 to customize the distributor information at the top of the Retail Invoicing receipt to show the address, city, state and zip code on one line and the phone number and Web site address on a second line.

 

This is actually the way that the receipt has been formatted since it was first implemented. Since other distributors have expressed interest in using the Retail Invoicing feature it was necessary to block the "hard-coded" text for their benefit and substitute a more generic page heading.

Revised so that the default number of receipt copies to be printed will be initialized from the "Invoice Copies" setting in entrée Customer File Maintenance.
