Provide a "Use Break Pricing" check box on the Billing Details dialog of Create/Change Invoice which can be used to authorize the use of Break Pricing for a customer who is not otherwise authorized to receive those prices. The setting of this option will be retained with the invoice so that any subsequent edit operations will recognize that Break Pricing has been authorized for that order.

Updated so the "per invoice" authorization of the use of Break Pricing is now supported by Modification #419 (Standalone Retail Invoicing).
