Mod #987 Retail Pricing Defined with a Quantity Based Price

Modify the customer special price system to allow retail pricing to be defined with a quantity based price.
The quantity based retail price will be defined on the " Edit Special Price Miscellaneous Parameters" accessible from the Special Price tab in Customer or Inventory file maintenance. |

In addition the quantity based retail pricing will be displayed on the price list and special price list reports and the Type HO custom invoice.
