Kill Search Confirmation

Before a batch entry search, an AP postings search, or an AP posting detail search is initiated a confirmation is window is opened which asks if you're ready to commence the search. Checking this box will suppress the confirmation window.

 

Get AP Postings Button

Once you have selected your files click this button to search for AP postings associated with the highlighted entry account summary in the entry grid. The AP Postings Grid will be populated with your results.

 

Sort Postings

▪Once AP posting have been found, you can sort the posting in the AP Postings Grid.

▪Select from Invoice or Post Date.

▪Then click the Sort button.

 

Include Current Balance

Check this option to activate the Current Balance field.

 

Auto focus to AP grid

▪If this box is checked, then if a search for AP postings is successful, the first posting in the AP Postings grid will be highlighted.

▪If this box in unchecked, then the current account summary in batch grid will remain highlighted.
