The cost/price update by class dialog is used when performing a batch update to every item in a given class' cost and/or prices.

 

 

•The fields in the Class Information area displays which class and the total number of items that will be modified by the update process.

 

•All items in the class will have the real and base cost adjusted by a set amount.

 

•Items that have level pricing calculated as a dollar amount over real or base cost can also be modified by a set amount for each level.

 

•Click the OK button to begin the update process.

 

 

Only applies updates to prices which use a dollar markup. Prices using a percentage markup are recalculated normally.
