This field is used to define the physical cubic feet the item occupies.

 

•The Assign Routes utility displays the total cubic feet for each invoice (below) and can display the total cubic feet for the entire route (right), to ensure there is enough space on the truck to load the required product.

 

 

 

 

•The purchasing system will display the total cubes for the entire purchase order in the information area, when the edit mode is set to Detail.

 

Inches to Cubic Feet Conversion

 

If an items measurements are in inches the cubic feet can be determined by:

 

1.Determine the cubic inches of the item (Height * Width * Length)
2.Divide the cubic inches of the item by 1728. (1 cubic foot = 12" * 12" * 12")
