Select a predefined temperature zone for the item by clicking the drop-down button and selecting one from the list. The predefined temperature zones are Dry, Frozen, Refrigerated, and Cooler.

 

•Many reports, such as the Pick List and Pull Sheets, may be sorted by warehouse location.  

 

•Loading sheets can be sorted by temperature zone by enabling system option 54.

 

•All items with a temperature zone set to Frozen can be printed on a separate loading sheet by enabling system option 64.

 

•Invoices can be sorted and sub-totaled by temperature zone by enabling system option 67.

 

The new Temp Zone indicator thermometer image to the right will visually tell you which temperature zone is assigned to the item.

 

▪Red is dry

▪Blue is frozen

▪Green is refrigerated & cooler
