The customer detail panel displays both the billing and shipping address information. The customer's purchase order number may be attached. Once you have entered a customer number entrée will load information about the customer into the customer detail panel.

 

 

Promotions Tab

•Only when System Options #195 & #196 are enabled for the promotions feature a Promotions Tab will be displayed. This tab lists all available promotions for the item selected in the grid.

•Check the Show Old option to see a list of the previous promotions for the item.

 

 

If you change a Brand/Class Volume Promotion amount on an invoice entrée will update any item on that same invoice using the same Brand/Class Volume Promotion. A warning message will display allowing you to cancel the changes.

 

Show / Hide Customer Panel

The "Show/Hide Customer Panel" feature uses the small arrow button immediately at the bottom of this section to hide pr show the customer details section. The button responds to the original Alt-H keyboard shortcut. Below the Customer Panel is hidden.

With V4 SQL comes the power of the dashboard in many areas of the system.
