Edit Mode

Clicking the drop down button will open a menu that will allow you to change the current edit mode of the line item grid.

•The invoice edit mode controls how items are added to the invoice. This section will detail each of the available edit modes of the entrée invoicing system.

•The current edit mode of the line item grid is always displayed in the toolbar next to the Edit Mode button in the invoicing window.

Updated the calculation of "Total Cases", "Total Weight" and "Total Cubes" to include the contents of the Standard Order list (when Edit Mode is "Standard Order" mode) as well as the contents of the Back Order list Edit Mode is "Back Order" mode).
